Friends of SNAP is the U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides financial, administrative and organizational support for SNAP East Cape’s charitable spay, neuter, prevention, education and community-outreach programs in Baja California Sur, Mexico. SNAP East Cape carries out the local programs and community work in Mexico, while Friends of SNAP provides the U.S. nonprofit structure through which charitable donations are received, managed and directed to these programs.
